Manufacturing Facility

With a monthly processing capacity of 30 MT, our facility is spread over an area of more than 10,000 square yards on the outskirts of India’s longest tolled highway, Yamuna Expressway, in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

We have exclusive trading rights for selling herbal extracts, essential oils, and other botanical herbs under a strategic partnership with a strong network of suppliers’ pan-India. Working closely with farmer communities across India, we ensure that a great deal of attention is put towards ensuring sustainable sourcing, fair trade policy, and ensuring WHO standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Our modern equipment for aqua-based extraction, like Extractors, specialized machines for Grinding, Blending, Sifting, Spray Dryer, Tray Dryer, Roll Compactor, Granulator, Homogenizer, etc. help us produce a wide range of premium quality Essential oils, carrier, and base oils, spice oils and fine fragrances.

With an in-house team of award-winning scientists, botanists, and biotechnologists we constantly work on the identification of new active constituents and the development of innovative extraction and purification systems in our in-house R&D (Research & Development) laboratory.

Our science labs and R&D setup ensure ongoing improvements in our existing range of products, regular testing of extracts by HPLC, GC, U.V Spectrophotometer, Gravimetric & Titrimetric techniques. The Lab is also installed with modern equipment like HPTLC, R&D spray dryer & solar dryer.
